All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase. Please note that shipping time estimates do not include customs clearance or other delays outside our control.

Customs & Duties

Please note that we cannot guarantee whether customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be charged on international orders. Any customs or import charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Leashora is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred. If you refuse to pay any customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs or associated fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

As a registered business, we are unable to mark international shipments as “gifts.” All orders must be declared as merchandise in accordance with shipping regulations.

Claims

If your order arrives lost, stolen, damaged, or with a delivery issue, please contact us at sales@leashora.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where possible, please include photographs of any damaged items or packaging so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
